Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your BOYA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack with Care
Place the electronic device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
